IF YOU SHIP YOUR WRAP FROM ANY INTERNATIONAL LOCATION TO THE BH CANADIAN ADDRESS:

***Please note that shipments arriving to the BH Canadian address from US and international destinations may have tax and/or customs duty on any value of goods over $20 CAD or any value of gifts over $60 CAD. There is a handy calculator here. ***

Your country’s postal system: Your package will arrive in Canada and be carried to BH HQ via Canada Post. This method is least likely to have duty applied, however it is also the slowest method travelling once your package arrives in Canada.

UPS: BH has a UPS account with a 20% discount on incoming brokerage fees. You can see the chart of fees here. Any duty or brokerage fees on incoming packages will be paid by Blue Hibou and added to your final invoice. UPS is the safest and fastest shipping carrier available to BH HQ for both domestic and international packages.

FedEx, DHL, Purolator and other carriers: BH does not have an account with other shipping carriers. Any duty or brokerage fees on incoming packages will be paid by Blue Hibou and added to your final invoice. FedEx, DHL and Purolator deliver to BH HQ in a safe and speedy manner.

Wraps that arrive dirty will be washed at Blue Hibou HQ for a $35 charge. Any wrap that is unsuitable for conversion will be returned at the owner's expense.
